KitchenAid Blender 5KSB52 Circuit Board
Tools required-Needle Nose Pliers and Phillips Screwdriver
Step 1-Unplug from the socket,remove the glass jar,collar and blade and place these to one side.
Step 2-Turn your base over and pull out the 4 rubber feet using the needle pliers and unscrew the 4 screws with the phillips screwdriver you now have 2 parts place the base to one side as we will be working on the upper housing.
Step 3-Lift off the O ring and pull the power cord out of its housing,with your hands, gently pull out both ends of the ribbon cable 1 end is located on top of the motor and the other end is located on the circuit board.
Step 4-Remove the black,red and 2 white wires that are on the circuit board and unscrew the green/yellow earth wire.
Step 5-Unscrew the circuit board by unscrewing the 2 screws located in the black holders
Step 6- The circuit board is now loose and can by repalced with your new one
Step 7- Follow these steps in reverse for replacing your new circuit board
