KitchenAid Changing your Headlock

If your headlock has broken you will need to replace it.

Tools required-Drill,3mm drill bit and a rivet gun

Step 1-Drill out the old rivet using a 3mm drill bit, once this is out push though the new rivet so any pieces left of the old rivet will drop though.

Step 2- Place the hook of the new headlock into position and push so it locks into place

Step 3-,Take your new rivet and push though the hole that the old rivet was in when it is flush take your rivet gun squeeze the gun once then again your rivet should now be fitted.
